Malta

In my never-ending yearning for ancient stony places I wound up renting a house with a friend of mine in Rabat, Malta—just outside the walled Mdina. Everything in Malta is pretty amazing but the most haunting aspect for me was temple of Mnajdra. Spellbinding.
